Annette Funicello measurements, bio, height, weight, shoe and bra size
Annette Funicello was 13 years old when she was discovered by the head of studio Walt Disney dancing in an amateur production called Swan Lake in Fullerton California. Funicello was not a candidate for The Mickey Mouse Club and joined in the latter half of the season of the show, which was to the annoyance from the show's Mickey Mouse Club peers. Disney's instincts were spot on Funicello soon became the most popular Mickey Mouse Club performer. The story she wrote for her own show Adventures in Dairyland also featured her. Funicello needed to record records in order to increase her fame potential. Annette was not very enthusiastic about her singing, so Disney enlisted Tutti Camerata to be her manager, to help aid her development as a performer. Funicello was comfortable making records and loved working with Camerata. He was one of a few forty-year-old arrangers who knew the basic principles of the early rock era. Annette Sings Anka markedly improved her recordings, beginning from the third. It is believed to be the first record to include songs written by rock authors as repertoire. Funicello was featured on screen in Beach Party which was one of five extremely popular beach movie films, frequently starring Frankie Avalon. Although produced by AIP the scripts were individually examined and endorsed by Walt Disney, in order to protect Annette's impeccable image. Funicello's vehicles in the film helped help other bands get started; Stevie Wonder made an appearance in Muscle Beach Party
